Frequently Asked Questions

1) What is FamFest?

FamFest is a fundraiser event for 5th Grade Culmination. It is run by parent volunteers, so your patience is appreciated!

2) What happens at FamFest?

There will be Food Trucks, drinks, baked goods, and other items to purchase, as well as family and friends to visit with before the movie starts. Gates open at 6:30 p.m. The movie starts just after dusk.

3) What can I bring to FamFest?

You can bring blankets, chairs, and yourselves. Please see the next question regarding food/drinks brought from outside the venue.

4) Can I bring my own food?

WWC understands that many attendees might have food allergens or restrictions, so we ask, if possible, that you eat before the event, if you cannot order food from our Food Trucks or stands. Please remember, FamFest is a fundraiser, so proceeds go to help the 2019 5th Grade Class Culmination fund. All purchases are much appreciated! 

5) What are the Turf rules?

Please no food or drinks on the turf. This request is to protect and preserve our field so children can enjoy it for many years! We also request that if you do bring a chair, that you keep in mind that others will be sitting behind you and would request that you consider sitting near the back of the turf so that others can view the movie.

PLEASE NOTE: WWC asks that all balls and wheels (ie, scooters, bikes) stay at home, for the safety of our attendees. Thank you!
